Montgomery County Council Proclamation
On April 9, 2024, Councilmember Evan Glass presents a proclamation to Fenley Scurlock and Jason Liaw, who as teenagers, spent four years writing a book about entrepreneurship for their Gen Z peers called "Down to Business: 51 Industry Leaders Share Practical Advice on How to Become a Young Entrepreneur." The book has been published by Penguin Random House, a milestone achieved by only one to two percent of all authors.
